TB-500, tested by an independent U.S. lab.
The name TB-500 gets applied to two different molecules: a seven residue fragment of thymosin beta-4, and the full-length 43 residue protein, which weighs more than five times as much. Anti-doping authorities use the name for the fragment. Plenty of suppliers use it for the full-length peptide. Both turn up at similar prices, sometimes from vendors who could not tell you which one they shipped. Purity testing cannot separate them, because either one can be perfectly pure. Weighing them separates them in a single run. Identity, quantity, and purity are included in the base test. Endotoxin testing, sterility testing, and heavy metals testing are available as optional add-ons.

Prep.
A named analyst prepares the run: dissolutions, dilutions, internal standards. Their initials go in the log.
Run.
HPLC-UV for purity, LC-MS for identity, and quantitative analysis for the amount present, with system-suitability standards bracketing your sample on either side.
Review.
A second analyst reviews the chromatogram independently. Nothing ships with one set of eyes on it.
Sign.
The COA is digitally signed, hashed, and published. Anyone with the link can verify the signature against the raw data.
What we look for in TB-500
Fragment or full length.
The acetylated fragment weighs about 889 daltons. Full-length thymosin beta-4, all 43 residues of it, weighs about 4,963. Once it is measured there is nothing to argue about, which is why it is the first thing on our certificate.
Whether the sequence matches either one.
A mass that lands between the two answers is its own kind of answer, and we would rather tell you that than round to the nearest expectation.
Purity of whichever molecule you have.
Reported as percent area by HPLC-UV, against the compound we actually identified, not the one printed on the vial.
